HighWater CTP Installs UK’s First CRON Computer-to-Plate

HighWater CTP has announced details of the first in a series of CRON computer-to-plate installations; it begins with an install at The Practical Printer, Leicester. The CRON TP36 B2-format thermal CtP unit is configured with a single plate auto-loader, and StudioRIP Workflow Edition front-end. Plates for imaging come from Kodak with its Thermal Direct product.

HighWater CTP Ltd, the Europe-wide distributor for CRON computer-to-plate equipment, is pleased to announce the appointment of Derek Sizer as Managing Director. Mr Sizer brings with him significant experience in the sale and distribution of pre-press equipment.

Announced at the same time are details of the relocation of the company to premises in Kings Langley, Hertfordshire, and the opening of a new demonstration, training and support facility for the CRON product range.
